Patricia Murillo (21,1.74m) was crowned Nuestra Belleza El Salvador Universo 2014 or Miss Universe El Salvador 2014 at the conclusion of the national pageant held on May 2nd, 2014 at the Studio 5 of Telecorporación Salvadoreña in San Salvador. Patricia will go on to represent El Salvador in the Miss Universe 2014 pageant.Larissa Vega was crowned Nuestra Belleza El Salvador Mundo 2014.At the same event,Rocío Romano was 1st runner up,Sofía Trigueros was 2nd runner up and Yanira Interiano was 3 rd runner up in Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2014 pageant.
